Our approach
Cut for your mornings, not the photo
Most haircuts look great for the ten minutes after the blow-dry. We'd rather it looked great on a Tuesday, air-dried, when you've got eight minutes and a bus to catch. So the first question in the chair is always: what do your mornings actually look like?
The same goes for colour. Kiran will tell you when a balayage will grow out kindly and when it won't, when one visit can't get you there, and when a gloss is all you need. Nobody sells you a colour you'll have to fix.

Time to do it properly
Colour is booked for the time it takes, processing included. A three-hour balayage gets three hours, not two and a half and a nervous rinse.
Honest pricing
Prices are shown up front, and the extra product a very long or very thick head of hair needs is agreed in the chair before we start, never sprung on you at the desk.

Behind the chair
What we use, and how we keep it
Ammonia-free colour where it does the job, Olaplex in every lightening service that wants it, and a formaldehyde-free keratin. Brushes, combs and clips are cleaned and disinfected between every client; towels are laundered daily; capes are fresh for every chair.
Tell us about a sensitivity or a scalp condition when you book. For colour, we can do a patch test at the salon 48 hours before your appointment.
