7 Price & payment

I understand cuts and consultations need no deposit, and that colour, extensions, treatments and group styling are confirmed once my 50% deposit (or the full amount if I choose that) is paid. Wedding-day hair takes a 30% non-refundable deposit with the balance due 7 days before. Refundable deposits are returned minus a $10 cancellation fee with at least 24 hours' notice; with less notice, or if I miss my appointment, they're kept. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead keeps my deposit for the new time. Booking terms Please agree to the booking terms to book.

Paying by e-Transfer (3% off)? We'll email and text you the details. Paying by card? You'll go straight to a secure payment page after booking. Using a package, or booking a cut? Nothing to pay now. We only use your details for your appointment.
