Colour gets the time it needs
A balayage is booked for three hours, not squeezed into two. Processing time is part of the appointment, so nobody is rinsed early because the next client is waiting.
A balayage is booked for three hours, not squeezed into two. Processing time is part of the appointment, so nobody is rinsed early because the next client is waiting.
Cuts and consultations are booked with nothing to pay up front. Colour, extensions, treatments and group bookings take 50%, so a three-hour chair isn't lost to a no-show.
Every stylist here holds Ontario's Hairstylist 332A Certificate of Qualification. Ask to see it — we're proud of it, and it's the law.

Plan your visit
Choose a service, how many of you there are, where it happens and any add-ons. You'll see the total, how long we need the chair, and the deposit — if there is one.
Cuts and consultations take no deposit. Colour, extensions, treatments and group styling take 50%, refunded minus $10 with 24 hours' notice. Wedding-day hair takes 30% to hold the morning, non-refundable, with the balance due 7 days before.
From three people, 10% comes off the service. Paying by Interac e-Transfer takes another 3% off the whole appointment.
Coming back often? Packages save up to $40.

The salon
Every booking reserves a real person for the whole appointment — the colourist for your balayage, a stylist for your cut, both for a colour-and-cut. If Kiran's chair is full, the site says so instead of squeezing you in.
Days off, courses and the odd dentist appointment are written straight into the salon's Google Calendar, and your bookings move to whoever is free. Nobody arrives to find their stylist isn't in.
How it works
Choose a service and a free time. The times you see are live from our calendar, and the length already includes processing.
Cuts are confirmed on the spot. For colour and extensions, send the deposit by e-Transfer or card and we'll text you when it's matched.
A reminder the day before, a proper consultation in the chair, and a colourist who tells you honestly what one visit can and can't do.
We'll nudge you when it's time for roots or a trim — six weeks or so — and you can rebook in two taps from the email.
Good to know
Not for cuts, trims or consultations. Colour, extensions, treatments and group styling take 50%, refunded minus $10 if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Wedding-day hair takes 30% to hold the morning. Pay by Interac e-Transfer and 3% comes off the whole appointment.
The time shown includes processing: a root touch-up is 90 minutes, a balayage three hours. If you'd like a cut in the same visit, book Colour & cut and both the colourist and a stylist are reserved for you.
Yes — at the salon or wherever you're getting ready. Wedding mornings can start from 7am (a start before 9 adds a $60 early-opening fee), and bridesmaids can book styling in the same visit.
Every booking is with a real member of the team, and the confirmation says who. If you'd like a particular stylist, say so in the notes and we'll do our best; when someone is off, your booking moves to another stylist with the same skills and we email you.
